Jason Andrews & Amanda Logue are accused of killing Dennis J. Abrahamsen. Part of evidence is based on text on their cellphones where, if texted by them, reveals part of the plans for the murder.

As detectives pieced together the slaying, Logue and Andrews were arrested May 18 in a neighboring county after trying to use Abrahamsen's credit card at Home Depot. They were released after that arrest as the police worked to gather more evidence.

Gay-for-pay performer and studio owner Robert Kovarik, aka Robert Van Damme, could face extradition to his native Czech Republic depending upon the outcome of a June 7 hearing.

Forty year old Kovarik was arrested May 21 on domestic violence and contempt-of-court charges. Initially jailed under a $100,000 bond, he remains behind bars in Orange County, Calif.’s James A. Musick Facility on a detainment order issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Boy, that John C. Mayer really stepped in it, didn't he. Or did he. What got me is okay, he may have really worded things badly and been totally politcally incorrect, but was there any malice in anything he said? No. Was there hate directed back toward him for just a bunch a silly crap he said? Yes. John C. Mayer was not the bad guy. But I have to wonder about some of the people writing hate blogs and spewing their hate over on twitter, what is wrong with these people? Seriously.

Will It Be An 80,000 Mile Miss?

The Asteroid, according to "experts" won't hit Earth, but it will make its closest approach at 7:45 a.m. EST (1245 GMT) when it comes within 80,000 miles (130,000 km) of our planet on Wednesday. That's nearly one-third the distance between the Earth and the moon.
